I’m thrilled to share that Soundpoint Consulting is growing. I’m pleased to introduce Michael Jack, Partner at Soundpoint Valuations.   

We are dedicated to providing business valuations for divorces, partner buy-outs/ins, potential transactions, estate taxes, business/exit planning and bank financing from our offices in Washington and also now in California.   

Our goal is aligned with yours: Create a customized valuation that meets your needs and helps you realize your goals. 

I will continue my work as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst providing divorce mediation, forensic accounting, pension valuations and Collaborative Law financial specialist services.

Michael will be focused on business valuations. Michael’s experience and education enhances this mission and offers our clients a new perspective on valuations and their goals.

Introducing Michael Jack, Partner, Soundpoint Valuations

Michael has an Honors BS in Finance from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina, is a graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst. 

That said, he considers his most valuable business degree owning two of his own businesses as an entrepreneur.

He has held leadership roles in finance, operations, technology, program management and product management in start-ups, mid-size fintechs and large financial services firms. 

He’s had full P&L ownership in multiple roles as an entrepreneur, general manager and product owner and has taken part in multiple business sales/acquisitions. As such, he brings an understanding and compassion to small business owners as they go through their own transitions.

Michael lives in Los Angeles. He spends his spare time biking and running in the Santa Monica mountains training for triathlons and enjoying the tiki lifestyle with his family. The latter of which includes the leader of the Jack clan – Ollie the bulldog.
